30-Day Money Back Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact us at info@dualengineclothing.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Items should be unworn, unused and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original condition. Please do not send products back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dualengineclothing.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. This statutory right is not limited by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where reimbursement is required under applicable consumer law, including where applicable when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
