Production & Processing
All DUAL ENGINE CLOTHING products are made to order. Once your order has been placed, it is sent to our production partner for printing and fulfilment.
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. During busy periods, production may take longer.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and fulfilment location. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free-shipping promotions offered by DUAL ENGINE CLOTHING will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout.
International Orders
We currently ship to selected European countries. Availability and shipping rates depend on your delivery address and will be shown during checkout.
For international shipments, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges where applicable, unless these are already included in the price or collected at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@dualengineclothing.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order appears to be significantly delayed or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at info@dualengineclothing.com with your order number and we will investigate the issue.
